To encourage student participation in the Conference COMATCOMP 09, the Organizing Committee offers a limited number of Grants to cover the registration fees. Interested students should send their curriculum and motivation letter to comatcomp@ehu.es indicating the term GRANT as subject

Registration Information

Registration Fees

Early registration (before 24 June 2009): 250 € (full participant).

Late registration (after 24 June 2009): 300 € (full participant).

A limited number of reduced fees are available for students after justifying its need.

A 10 % discount on the Early Registration fees is applicable to members of national composite associations (i.e. AEMAC, COMAT, others).

The conference registration fees include:

  • The Welcome reception (6 October 2009)
  • The attendance to the Conference sessions
  • Proceedings book and Conference materials
  • Coffee breaks
  • Official dinner

    • Registration Form

    Confirmation of the inscription will be sent upon the reception of the bank transfer.
    The invoice will be delivered with the Conference material.
